Once you have booked your trial classes with us, please complete and submit the registration form and photography permission form below.

 

You are welcome to watch your child's free trial classes if you wish, or may wait in the waiting area if you prefer.

Please do not purchase any uniform until your child has had their trial classes. Children may wear any comfortable clothing for trial classes.  After this, all uniform should be fitted by, and purchased from JBA. Please see the uniform page for more information.
